This 8-month Certification Program will meet you in your unique gifts, awaken deeper ancestral wisdom within you, and empower you to become an Ancestral Healer for both yourself and your community.
You’ll learn how to facilitate ancestral healing in 1-on-1 settings and group spaces, using spiritual, somatic, emotional, energetic, and ceremonial tools.
The Sacred Ancestry Method is designed to support anyone in the healing of their lineage and embodying their own ancestral gifts. This method is universal, meaning it is profoundly impactful for the client — no matter where they come from, what trauma lives in their lineage, and even if they have no knowledge of their family tree.
This method is unique because it empowers clients to connect directly with their own ancestors, receiving messages through their own embodied experience rather than relying solely on a practitioner as the channel or medium. It awakens their own ancestral memory.

Life happens! All classes and calls are recorded, so you can rewatch them anytime. We encourage attending live whenever possible, and aim for no more than one missed call in a row to keep your momentum. If you can’t make it, simply watch the replay and you’ll be right back on track.

This program is for you if you feel a deep calling to work with the Ancestors and to offer a healing modality that is at the leading edge — to powerfully guide people to heal at the root. If you feel this call and have the devotion to step fully in, you are welcome here; no prior experience in ancestral healing is required. This Certification is especially aligned for healers, coaches, therapists, intuitives, bodyworkers, and mediums who are ready to deepen their skills and expand their toolkit to include ancestral healing and ceremonial facilitation.

Our longest weekly call is 2 hours, and you’ll also receive assignments to help you fully embody the teachings and tools. We recommend setting aside at least 2 hours per week, with 3–4 hours being ideal for those devoted to mastering the techniques and completing certification.

During the 8-month Certification Program, you’ll begin offering practice sessions. You’ll complete two 1-on-1 supervised practice sessions and one group ancestral healing practice session as part of your training. Once you finish the program and meet all requirements, you’ll be ready to offer ancestral healing professionally as a Certified Ancestral Healer.

Hi, I’m Torie.
Founder of Sacred Ancestry, a worldwide movement of people reconnecting to their ancestors, healing intergenerational trauma, and reclaiming the magic of their lineages.
I grew up like most of us — disconnected from ancestral wisdom. Raised outside Los Angeles, I felt that I inherited a culture of whiteness, fast food, and a religion that didn’t resonate. Even after five years of Hebrew school, nothing gave me the depth or spirituality I was aching for. I didn’t even know what spirituality was… but something in me yearned for it.
It was in the presence of ancient stones, hieroglyphs, ruins, and sacred sites that I finally felt what I was yearning to feel in my own lineage. My passion led me to study Cultural Anthropology and focus on Indigenous cultures. After graduating, I volunteered for a year on the Tohono O’odham Reservation, supporting ancestral revitalization projects.
I poured my heart into the mission of helping the youth reconnect to their ceremonies, languages, and ancestral ways.
But beneath my efforts was a deep grief, rage, and fear that this culture’s sacred ways might be lost — and with them, even more people would grow up disconnected, without a spiritual inheritance.
One day, I sat on a sacred mountain on the Reservation with my dear friend Victor, and gazed out over the ancient landscape that was literally woven into his blood and bones. I broke down sobbing, as I said, “I hope your people never know the grief and pain of what it’s like to grow up without a culture of substance to inherit.”
And then it struck me… I realized I was a “white girl” disconnected from her OWN ancestors’ wisdom, and trying to help another culture preserve theirs.
I was that child who wasn't going to my own elders… I was the child who wasn't remembering my own roots.
For the first time, I realized I had been placing all the importance outside myself — believing that all the ancient wisdom of this earth lives in the indigenous peoples, and we all need to become allies in preserving their cultures and remembering these sacred ways.
That day, for the first time, I also pointed my finger back at myself.
I realized that ancestral wisdom and spirituality didn't JUST live in indigenous people — it lives in my lineage somewhere down the line, too — and my ancestors have been disconnected from it through trauma, colonization, or assimilation.
I was trying to support indigenous cultures not only through love and passion, but also from a wound of separation from my own ancestors.
That moment woke. me. UP! I began interviewing my elders, building family trees, and creating ritual practices and ceremonies to reconnect with my own wise ancestors. I knew I needed to do the work, look within myself, and heal this wound — not only for myself and my lineage, but also so that I could show up in right relationship with the people I wanted to be an ally to.
This story took place 11 years ago and since then, I’ve woven my ancestral practice with my Cultural Anthropology background, immersing myself in ceremony, shamanism, priestess arts, womb healing, inner child healing, and more — always guided by the Ancestors.
As I looked around the healing space, I noticed a huge void: there were no ancestral healing modalities that supported people to connect to their ancestors in a way that is deeply authentic to them, heal generational trauma at the ROOT, and reclaim the gifts, magic, and spirituality of their lineages.
From this need, the Sacred Ancestry Method was born. What began in intimate women’s circles has grown into festival workshops, 1,250 one-on-one sessions, over 3,000 people who have healed through our courses, and a community of over 165,000 people across 100+ countries.
