Sacred Transitions is a self-paced journey to support you through your time of transition feeling connected, empowered, and aligned.
You will journey through the 5 Elements, cultivating deep embodied relationship with each, and learning to work with them shamanically as they support you through your time of transition.
Through this journey, you receive an in-depth teaching on each element, followed by a ceremony for that element so you get hands-on experience, and by the end of the journey, you will have a fully activated elemental altar that you have forged deep connection to through ceremony.
Each ceremony and teaching is designed to support you in the practical, emotional, and spiritual — allowing you to understand how the elements can truly support you, and others, through our times of transformation and life changes.
As this version of Sacred Transitions is self-paced and pre-recorded, you’ll be able to move at your own soul’s pace, aligning with the elements as you feel inspired to for each chapter. It is a path of self-initiation with the elements and ceremony. Optionally, this program can be completed in 3 months, allowing your journey to be contained and held through the spiral of a season.

OPENING CEREMONY
Open the space, set your intention, and begin your Sacred Transitions journey feeling connected, inspired, and held. You’ll be guided through a beautiful Opening Ceremony to mark this sacred time of your life, learn about rites of passage, and invite the guidance of ancestors and the Elements. Lastly, you’ll receive teachings and instructions on how to start creating your Medicine Bundle for the course, through first preparing an altar, and how to immerse in nature with the elements throughout the journey. Shamanic Training for Water:
Water Priestesses, Grief, & Sacred Tears
In this Shamanic Training for the Element of Water, we enter the realm of the Great Mother, our first ancestor, and the ancient waters that have carried life, memory, and lineage since the beginning of time. This training weaves with the path of the Water Priestesses — who know how to hold grief, honor tears as sacred, and allow emotions to move as medicine rather than something to resist. Water teaches us how our ancestors moved through birth, death, loss, and rebirth, and how we too can be carried through heartbreak, endings, and profound transitions. Through ritual, prayer, and communion with living waters, you’ll learn how to work with grief as a sacred current, offer prayers for your lineage, and remember that you are never alone — you are held by the same waters that have held your ancestors for generations.

The Waters of Grief & Emotional Wisdom
This Water Ceremony will support you to honor your grief — whether from a breakup, the loss of a loved one, a career transition, grief within your lineage, or a past version of yourself. Allow the element of water to support you as you cleanse, release, feel, and honor your emotions as they flow through your body, heart, and lineage. You will learn to work with the waters to support you through this time of change, and honor your tears, your heart, and the oceans of emotion within you, in a sacred way through your transition.

Shamanic Training for Air:
Air, Wind, & The Winged Ones
In this training, you'll learn all about connecting with the Air/Wind element in nature, and how to work with your guides and ancestors on the other side. Air and Wind are also the elements of song, speech, and sound, as well as the birds and angels. As we just transitioned from the depths of waters, we now rise into the air — a breath of relief! Air is in the direction of East, which is the energy of the Sunrise, rebirth, and new beginnings. Through this teaching, you will feel empowered in your connection with Air/Wind as elemental tools, and as you navigate the winds of change in your life.

Dancing with the Winds of Change
This Air Ceremony is designed to help you step into your next chapter with clarity, courage, and ease, teaching you how to embrace the winds of change so they empower you, rather than being shaken by the storm. Through practices such as Opening Your Wing Channels and Dancing in the Storm, you learn to expand your presence, release stuck energy, and move through transitions with grounded power. Paired with connection with a sacred air ally from your living altar such as a feather or wing, this ceremony awakens your voice, your listening, and your ancestral capacities to flow with change, bringing a breath of fresh air and allowing you to fully embody the energy of new beginnings.

Healing with Plants, Crystals, and Ancestors
For this Shamanic Training, you will explore how to work with the element of earth in her many forms, including the Mineral Kingdom (crystals and stones) and the Plant Kingdom (essential oils, herbs, and the consciousness of plants/trees). You will also learn shamanic grounding practices to connect you to the earth and support your nervous system through times of immense change. The Eternal Flame & The Fires of Love
Rise with the teachings about the sacred element of Fire — one of our greatest ancestral allies. A place our ancestors gathered around since the beginning of time, as the hub of the tribe's rituals, storytelling, healings, and traditions being passed down. You will focus on how you can work with the element of fire as a sacred being and tool for alchemy and transformation. Known by many names, the fifth element — Ether — is the home of Great Mystery. It is the Nothing and the All. It is the Void and the Infinity of Creation. It is the Spider at the Center of the Web. It is Da'ath on the Tree of Life. It is the Blue Lotus. It is YOUR center — your central column, your heart, and the infinite mysteries and wisdom that live within YOU. Hi! I’m Torie.
I know what it’s like to be in a sacred transition. My life is seemingly FULL of them. I’ve shed so many skins of identities, relationships, wounds, patterns, and beliefs about myself — and stepped into the next version of me, time and time again.
I know what it’s like to burn like a Phoenix and be reborn. It isn’t always pretty (it gets really messy, to be honest!), but it is the path of a true spiritual seeker and soul committed to deep authenticity and inner growth.
If you’re in a time of transition — you are not alone. If you’re not who you’ve been, and not yet who you’re becoming, I’m in a similar place with you, even now.
This period of being in the in-between; in a liminal space; is one of the most important and formative times. We are being reconfigured. Our lives are reorganizing around our inner Truth, and we are being reoriented towards our highest destiny.
This time is potent and filled with miraculous guidance, even in the times that feel like we’re floating in the void and have no clue what comes next.
The way you navigate through the darkness, the mystery, and these times of transition has a direct impact on where you find yourself on the other side.
The deeper you meet yourself here and now, the more wise, joyful, and embodied you emerge.
It is truly a leap of faith as you trust-fall into the universe, AND, you don’t need to do it alone. In fact, we as women are not MEANT to do it alone. We grow more together in sisterhood, find our inner strength in community, and are meant to lean into our emotional wisdom as we are forged into our next incarnation of self.

Sacred Transitions was originally created as a live 3-month journey, and this version here is self-paced! This allows you to deepen at your own speed, allowing more ease, beauty, and grace to unfold naturally. It also allows you to trust your own divine timing and navigate this time of transition feeling connected to your inner pacing and innermost truth. If you wish, this program can be completed in 3 months, which is one video every two weeks, allowing your journey to be contained and held through the spiral of a season.
