We are in the middle of a metamorphosis
Patterns are shattering, institutions are rattling, and the web of life is unraveling. Michael Meade's new book, The Heart of Transformation, begins with a different possibility: that in times of upheaval, the soul imagines something far larger than political or social change. It imagines a genuine renewal of life on Earth.
Join us for a live conversation about what transformation really asks of us, and why humanity may be more ready for it than we know.
Metamorphosis
The Greek word psyche means both butterfly and soul. Michael reads the text of nature to show how life, death, and rebirth live inside us too.
A liminal time
Rites of passage offer a way to understand being betwixt and between worlds, and why imagination may be our deepest power for change.
Crossing the river of time
Ancient myths of world renewal reveal how we can become agents of change when the old paradigms fall away.
